1) Final Sale Policy

All purchases made on clsteiger.com are final. Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind or preference.

Returns are only accepted if the product arrives defective or damaged.

2) Eligibility for a Return (Defective/Damaged Only)

To qualify for a return:

  • The defect or shipping damage must have existed at delivery (not caused by use or handling after receipt).

  • You must notify us within 3 calendar days of the delivery date.

  • The product must be unused and returned with all original packaging, labels, and accessories.

Items that are not defective/damaged, items reported after the 3-day window, or items returned incomplete/used are not eligible.

3) How to Request a Return

  1. Email clsteigerwebsite@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Include: order number, delivery date, a brief description of the defect/damage, and clear photos/videos showing the issue and the outer packaging if damaged.

  3. Our team will review and reply with next steps. If approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return label (when applicable).

Return shipping costs: When a return for defect/damage is approved, CL Steiger will cover the return shipping unless otherwise stated in your case.

4) Inspection & Outcome

Returned items are inspected upon receipt. If the issue is confirmed, we will proceed with either:

  • A replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or

  • A refund to your original method of payment (see Section 5).

If the defect/damage is not verified, the item will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.

5) Refund Conditions

After we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds include the product price only; shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • We will email you once your refund has been processed.

6) Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

  • Any item without prior return authorization.

  • Items reported after 3 days from delivery.

  • Items that show signs of use, alteration, or damage not present at delivery.

  • Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories.

  • Non-defective items (Final Sale).

7) Order Issues Upon Delivery

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the box and contents before opening (if possible) and contact us immediately so we can assist with the carrier claim and your return request.
