Caroline Steiger was born in New York City. She created a life for herself living and working in the city she will always love. It stays with her and keeps her rooted in what is important. She has an undergraduate degree in Government and Politics from St. John’s University and a graduate degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Baruch College. She considers this a great achievement having graduated second in her class. She worked throughout her studies and prides herself on getting things done. If it can happen Caroline will do it. She wanted a different life for herself and her family. Florida was where she planned to live. It was accelerated when something different was needed. Waiting is not what Caroline does. The move came. New York is in her heart but Florida is home. She began writing because it is what she was born to do. It comes from a life of experience. She believes life puts obstacles before her to make her better at what she does. Pain binds us. She writes stories she wants to read. Is it for everyone? No. Should our tough times be shared? Yes. She believes if she can help one person it has reached her audience. Does she believe this was accomplished through grief and joy? Absolutely. A career as an author comes with criticism. She wants people to know it is not easy. Mental strength is a must. Setbacks will happen. The best will come. It comes with the work. People must believe in themselves. Pay attention to what matters. She shuts off the noise and surrounds herself with people who can teach her more. She believes when we stop learning we have closed ourselves off from opportunity. Disagree without dissent. Speak with intention. Our actions define us. Caroline loves what she does. She encourages people to do what gives them purpose. She wants her readers to join her as she releases more books.
